Kekei Genkai: Vortex Eye

Kekei Genkai Apearance:


Kekei Genkai Ability: Can Reverse any jutsu, Mimic any techinque, And can memorize fighting styles

History: The Clan was formed With the creation of Konoha. The eye turned into the sharingan which was much weaker. Only one person carrying the true Kekei Genkai remains.
