Effect: Burns the oppenents, only if a direct hit, other than that, it will hit and cut them, not deep, but deep enough for a wound. The burning isn't "my flesh it's falling off!" Its not like that, it burns his skin, and leaves a mark, so they lose 1/3 of their chakra.

Diseffect: Takes 3/5% of chakra, burns his left hand. Allowing him to only use his right, good thing that is the sword he uses.
